Ah, the honeymoon – a time for newlyweds to bask in the glow of marital bliss and embark on unforgettable adventures together. For me, this dreamy journey took us to the enchanting land of Greece and beyond.

From the moment we set the wedding date," Greece had always been my dream destination, particularly the iconic blue-domed paradise of Santorini. So, it was no surprise that we kicked off our honeymoon with a whirlwind tour of the Greek islands.

As we returned home, hand in hand, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the incredible journey we had shared. Marrying my best friend was the greatest adventure of all, and our honeymoon was the perfect start to our happily ever after. Cheers to love, laughter, and a lifetime of unforgettable moments together.

Our first stop? The breathtaking island of Santorini, where azure skies meet crystal-clear waters in a picture-perfect tableau. But before we could fully immerse ourselves in the island's beauty, there was one thing on my mind – more wedding photos! With the help of a talented photographer flown in from Croatia, we set out to capture the magic of Santorini in the early morning light. Waking up at the crack of dawn was worth it as we had the island all to ourselves, creating memories that would last a lifetime.

After our enchanting photoshoot, we had the pleasure of exploring Santorini's charming streets and soaking up its romantic ambiance for one more blissful day. But as much as we adored Santorini, there was another Greek island calling our names – the vibrant and lively Mykonos.

Mykonos stole our hearts with its energetic dances and iconic windmills, standing tall against the backdrop of the setting sun. We spent our days wandering the island's winding streets, indulging in delicious local cuisine (those euros were simply irresistible!), and marveling at the beauty of the Aegean Sea.

Next up on our itinerary was the historic city of Athens, where ancient wonders awaited at every turn. From exploring the majestic Colosseum to savoring mouthwatering meals at the renowned Gods Restaurant (that beet salad still lingers in my dreams), Athens captivated us with its rich history and vibrant culture.

But alas, all good things must come to an end, and we bid farewell to Greece as we embarked on the final leg of our honeymoon – Germany. While the weather may have been gloomy, the memories we made exploring the charming landscapes and indulging in our shared passion for photography will forever warm our hearts.
